This is my first post! I've have never blog'd before, hopefully this post works
Well basically during the week I started to do my uni work and found my pc was not working properly (crashing every 10mins) so I decided to format and start fresh. Now that I have a freshly formatted pc I went on to download UT3 demo to see if my 6 year old pc would be able to run such a high demanding game....And as suspected it doesnt. Maybe its time for a new pc.
As for the first task for this course I came across this building;
Thomas Alexander Tefft, Merchants' Exchange , 1856
At the moment cant explain why it was unbuilt, will head to the library to find more info and post again tomorrow.

UPDATE
The reason I chose this building was because it was large and in a game environment it would have been enjoyable to walk the halls and look out to the centre courtyard.
The building was intended to be built but wasn't due to insufficient funds.
